The premium is paid upon signing the purchase agreement with our lawyers, which also includes refunding any deposit the seller has already paid to Ferrari. After this, the buyer continues any remaining factory payment schedule directly or via legal representation. All receipts are provided.
Although extremely rare, this eventuality is contractually covered. If Ferrari cancels production, the seller must refund the buyer in full within 10 business days of notification. This protection is written into the purchase agreement.
